🚚 Shipping & Returns Policy – Ngenbliss

📦 Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll notify you via email or phone if so.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details (active within 24 hours).

🚛 Delivery Delays & Issues

  • We ship across India using trusted delivery partners.

  • If your order is delayed or not delivered, please reach out to us at info@ngenbliss.com for assistance.

  • While we are not directly liable for courier issues, we’re happy to help wherever possible.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

As per Indian hygiene and safety regulations for skincare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

We do accept returns or exchanges of sealed, unused items only in the following cases:

✅ Accepted Return/Exchange Cases:

  • Product delivered is damaged, expired, or incorrect

  • Product is sealed, unused, and in original condition

  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@ngenbliss.com, with your order number and photos

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Opened, unsealed, or used products

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Damage caused by improper handling or storage

💸 Refunds

  • Approved returns/exchanges are processed within 7–21 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

📬 Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the issue is our fault (damaged, wrong, or expired item), we’ll cover return shipping

  • In all other eligible cases, return shipping cost must be borne by the customer
